Leia Organa is one of the best, most badass characters in scifi - and you can fight me on that! While the costuming in the OG Star Wars trilogy is not as dramatic as later instalments, Leia has some incredibly iconic outfits including this one from Return of the Jedi.

This costume was self made and oh boy, is it bad. I deliberately decided to do a quick and dirty job in order to debut a Star Wars cosplay for May the Fourth and it shows - at least on the inside. On the outside, she certainly does the job and it was a fun cosplay to do! She's not really wearable outside of this type of at-home photoshoot and I'm honestly undecided if I want to fix her up or let her become one with the Force...Â
